Sr. Product Manager

DeXL is seeking an experienced Product Manager to deliver product/market fit through overseeing our product lifecycle while ensuring that development teams have all the tools they need. They will set the product vision, define the products requirements, and establish the roadmap, ultimately ensuring alignment with DeXL’s business strategy.

Success in this role is measured by:

Coaching and Development

  • You inspire, direct and lead the performance of the DeXL product lines.
  • You cultivate a learning environment that provides direct reports with the essential tools and resources to deliver quality solutions.
  • You enable an engaged team environment based on the DeXL core values.
  • You continually develop a diverse team of expertise consisting of software engineers, learning scientists, data scientists, learning designers, and UX/UI designers.

Business Intelligence

  • You stay relevant and current on developments in corporate learning and higher education.
  • You ensure your team maintains domain relevance including new market trends.
  • You keep a pulse on market competitors or new entrants related to DeXL offerings.

Program Development and Learner Success

  • You synthesize segment needs with requirements from cross-functional internal stakeholders to contribute to a comprehensive product profile.
  • You define overarching holistic product strategy, to which all team members will contribute in specific ways, through clear deliverables based on expertise
  • You determine what materials or experiences should be offered, when in the workflow they will be delivered, and what format they will take.
  • You set clear objectives and timelines to release products to market on time and to spec by leading the development of work plans, gathering and synthesizing relevant data, leading analyses, and executing on recommendations.
  • You use usage data and qualitative feedback to iterate on in-market materials and experiences.
  • You monitor the performance of DeXL learning products and identify opportunities to improve outcomes.

Your experience and knowledge will include:

Educational and Industry Achievements

  • You have earned a Master’s Degree in a technology or data/analytics related field
  • You have at least 5 years in managing all aspects of a successful SaaS technology solution, or SaaS online learning solution, or related product throughout its lifecycle.
    • Focused achievements in customer experience design and delivery and or certified in CX or UX.

Proven Abilities

  • You have successfully developed creative SaaS online learning solutions, SaaS assessment solutions or something similar.
  • You are able to achieve results with little direction or structure.
  • You have a proven ability to bring structure to chaos.
  • You are quick to connect with others and build strong trusting relationships.
  • You are able to think and act strategically.
  • You communicate effectively and persuasively.
  • Demonstrated success at leading and aligning teams around established company initiatives to meet or exceed business targets.
  • Collaborative working style to drive change through influence; honed interpersonal skills
  • Self-disciplined with a high degree of accountability and personal urgency.
  • Demonstrated written and verbal presentation skills enabling the preparation and presentation of information and recommendations to a diverse and often, senior audience
