We offer several options on how we work with you to provide the right competencies, credentials, courses, or programs to help close the skills gap with your learners. These options typically fall into one of three categories:

  1. We provide you with a turn-key course, degree program, or certificate program, based upon market demand, employment research, or based upon the needs you communicate to us.
  2. Based upon your existing curriculum and subject matter experts (SMEs), we help you engineer a rich learning experience delivered to your learners using our experience engineering service and virtual campus platform.
  3. Based upon your existing curriculum and subject matter experts, we perform a competency gap analysis of cognitive and noncognitive competencies relative to workforce requirements. We provide recommendations for modifications to the existing curriculum and/or additional curriculum to cover any gaps identified. Any additions or modifications to the curriculum are yours to keep.
